In order to remain competitive while continually making product innovations and refinements, Sunny has fully integrated all operations. All of the assembly, testing and packing are done in Sunny's own factories. At the same time, management is constantly striving for ways to speed essential automation and reduce production time and expenses, thereby improving Sunnys competitive position.

Company milestones

IN 2005 EMI Laboratory set up, paperless operation, 1st Lead Free production process started from Feb.

IN 2004 SUNNY Computer Technology Europe was established in central Europe - Czech Republic

IN 2003 A factory certification by CCC was obtained. The factory expanded from 11.000m^2 to 21.000m^2. We have also engaged in Research & Development of DC-AC Inverter and 400 Watts Switching Power Supplies for industrial use. . SUNNY Japan was established in Osaka-Japan.

IN 2002 The factory received an ISO-9001:2000 and PSE approvals. Further Research & Development efforts lead to the manufacture of 300 Watts industrial Switching Power Supplies. SUNNY Hong Kong was established in Hong Kong - Mainland China.

IN 2001 A quality approval by EK, CCEE, and Nemko was received. Production of Power Supplies for Medical and other fields was started. SUNNY USA was established in New Jersey - U.S.A. SUNN Y Shanghai was established in Shanghai - Mainland China.

IN 2000 A TUV approval was acquired. Research & Development leading to the production of DC-DC Power Supplies was initiated at this time as well. Research and Production was also done for an exclusive Power Supply used in connecting Cellular Phones and Computers. SUNNY Korea was established in Seoul - Korea.

IN 1999 An ISO 9002 approval was acquired. We engaged in the Research & Development of High Wattage Power Supplies as well as processing Electric Ballast and Emergency Lighting Equipment.

IN 1998 An UL recognition was acquired. We have engaged in the Research & Development of new products. Also, we processed other electric products including: Trigger, Single Blanket, Dual Blanket, and Churn.

IN 1997 The company was involved in additional Research & Development in order to produce Power Supplies for Scanners, Notebook, P.O.S. & Barcode Machines. This was the year that marked the establishment of SUNNY COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD in Dong Guan City, Mainland China. At this time our Research Department was established and actively engaged in Tech Transferring.

IN 1996 We dedicated our efforts to the Research & Development of Power Supplies for various applications due to customer's demands.

IN 1995 Due to the growth of the Notebook/Laptop business, Research & Development was done in order to manufacture Power Supplies for this growing sector.

IN 1992 The company was producing Power Supplies for Fax , Transformers & CPU Coolers along with other product lines.

IN 1990 Production of Power Supplies for Monitors was a major focus while at the same time Research& Development of Power Supplies for Fax Machines was initiated.

IN 1987 Company focus was placed on the Research & Development of Power Supplies for Monitors. A manufacturing of 150Watt Power Supplies has began.

IN 1980 The company was established. Initially the main products were AC Source, Active Load as well as other similar testing equipment.
